About the Experience

Sleep & Deep Rest is a practical breathwork session designed to help you unwind, slow down, and support your body in preparing for rest.

Many of us find it difficult to switch off at the end of the day. The body remains activated, the mind continues to move, and rest can feel out of reach.

This session offers a gentle and practical approach to working with your breath, helping you shift into a more relaxed and restorative state.

The Experience

We’ll begin with a gentle arrival, bringing awareness to your current breathing patterns and how they may be affecting your ability to relax and rest.

From there, you’ll be guided through simple, controlled breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support the body in moving towards sleep.

You’ll be introduced to a few techniques, each offering a different way to support rest and relaxation — helping you slow down both physically and mentally.

Together, we’ll practice and connect through these techniques, allowing you to experience their effects in real time and begin to feel the body soften and unwind.

We’ll close with a short integration, giving the body space to settle and absorb the practice.

This session is not about forcing sleep.
It’s about creating the conditions for rest to happen naturally.
