This session is a powerful invitation to unwind.
Through guided somatic breathwork, you’ll be supported to:
• release physical and emotional tension
• reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms
• move from contraction into openness
• create space for clarity, softness, and balance
This is not about forcing anything to happen.
It’s about creating the conditions for your body to let go.
No prior experience needed, just a willingness to go inward.

What to Expect
Arrival – Grounding into the body
We begin by slowing down and tuning in, bringing awareness to areas of tension, numbness, or holding without needing to change anything.
Activation – Breathwork
A progressive breathing pattern will activate your system, opening space within the body. This phase may bring emotional waves, physical sensations, or subtle releases.
Unwinding – Somatic Release
Here, the body takes the lead. Movement, sound, or natural release may arise as stored tension begins to unwind.
Integration – Rest & Reset
The breath softens, allowing the nervous system to settle and integrate, creating a sense of space and balance.
Closing Reflection
A moment to pause, notice, and anchor what has shifted.
Energetic Arc:
