The Heart of My Vinyasa Practice
I teach at the OM movement, offering a few classes each week. At Shala, my intention extends beyond a physical space, it represents the heart of my practice and the energy I bring into every class.
In the studio, I create a small, safe environment where you can move freely, express yourself, and flow with the natural rhythm of Vinyasa. Every posture, alignment cue, and breath is guided with care. I only offer deepening when it truly supports your presence, balance, and ease never at the cost of your breath or alignment.
This energising and mindful Vinyasa Flow becomes a moving meditation. Through guided sequences that align breath and movement, you’ll build strength, improve mobility, release tension, and cultivate clarity and calm. Each class is an invitation to return to your body, honour your breath, and find steadiness in the rhythm of the present moment.
