Inner Alignment & Flow Experience
Is a guided breathwork experience designed to balance the body’s energy centres, calm the nervous system, and restore a natural sense of flow.
Through conscious breath and embodied awareness, you’ll be invited to reconnect with ease, clarity, and inner alignment.
Rather than working only from the mind, this experience invites the body to lead. Through conscious breathing, awareness, and guided visualization, we create space for energy to move, soften, and realign.

A Final Note
This is a supportive, small-group space where your body sets the pace.
You don’t need to understand the chakras your breath already does.
Come as you are.
Let the breath guide you back into flow.
Warmly,
Mariannela 🤍
