As this new year begins, I’m choosing to start with breath, presence, and intention.
Rather than rushing forward or setting rigid goals, this is an invitation to arrive in the body, in the moment, and in what feels true. To listen first. To soften into clarity. To allow the next steps to emerge from alignment rather than effort.
Transformational Breathwork to Embody Your Intentions and Manifest with Clarity
On Tuesday 3/2, I’ll be holding a Transformational Breathwork session at OM Movement, designed to support aligned manifesting, nervous system regulation, and embodiment of your intentions. This will be a small, intimate group, so be sure to secure your spot through the Shala Collective page and begin the year from presence and clarity.
Breath of Intention is a guided breathwork journey created to help you see clearly, embody your intentions, and connect with what you’re ready to call in, not through force, but from alignment and conscious presence.
This session combines gentle activation breathing, intentional breath holds, and a settling integration phase. Through conscious breathing, the body and mind are softly activated, allowing energy to move, intention to become clearer, and subconscious patterns to surface.
Breath holds create moments of stillness and awareness, supporting clarity, focus, and inner direction. The integration phase allows the nervous system to settle, anchoring insights and intentions into the body so they can be carried forward with ease.
This practice is not about pushing outcomes or controlling the future. It is about aligning breath, body, and intention, supporting the internal conditions for manifestation, clarity, and embodied presence.

A Gentle Breath Practice to See Clearly and Embody Your Intentions
To support your intentions for the year and create the conditions for aligned manifesting, here is a simple coherent breathwork technique you can practice at home. This gentle practice helps the nervous system settle, energy flow, and clarity arise naturally preparing you to embody what you’re ready to call in.
How to practice:
Find a comfortable position — seated or lying down, with the body fully supported.
Inhale through the nose for a count of 5 — feeling the belly and chest expand gently.
Exhale through the nose for a count of 5 — soft, relaxed, and unforced.
Allow the breath to move in a smooth, even rhythm. With each exhale, imagine releasing tension and creating space for clarity, insight, and intention.
Practice for 3–5 minutes, or longer if it feels supportive.
This simple breathwork supports:
Nervous system regulation and calm
Clarity of intention and focus
Embodied manifestation by anchoring insights into the body
A sense of presence, lightness, and grounded energy
