My Breathwork Journey & Why I Invite You to the Manifest Experience (3/2)

Breathwork found me during a season of quiet recalibration. I wasn’t looking for another modality or a quick fix, I was looking for something that could help me listen more deeply to myself. What began as a personal practice slowly became a pathway of study, embodiment, and service. Today, breathwork is not something I do, it’s something I live.

In this blog, I want to share a little of my journey and why I wholeheartedly invite you to join The Manifest Experience on 3/2.

How Breathwork Changed the Way I Meet Life

My early experiences with conscious breathing were subtle but powerful. With each session, I noticed a softening in my nervous system, in my self-talk, and in how I moved through my days. Breath by breath, layers of stored tension began to unwind. Emotions I didn’t realise I was holding surfaced gently, without force, and made space for clarity.

What struck me most was how intelligent the body is. When given the right conditions, it knows exactly how to release, recalibrate, and restore balance. Breathwork taught me that transformation doesn’t always require effort, sometimes it simply asks for presence.

From Personal Practice to Professional Calling

As my practice deepened, the pull to understand the science behind the experience grew stronger. I trained as a breathwork practitioner to bridge intuition with evidence-based practice combining nervous system regulation, trauma-aware facilitation, and intentional breathing patterns.

Through my training with Rhythm of Breath, guided so professionally and with genuine care by Lynsey and the wider team, I experienced what it truly means to be held in safe, skilful space. This experience shaped how I now hold space for others with integrity, warmth, and deep respect for each individual’s journey.

Breathwork became not just a tool for healing, but a doorway into conscious creation.

Breathwork & Manifestation: Where Science Meets Intention

Manifestation is often misunderstood as positive thinking alone. In reality, true manifestation begins in the nervous system.

When the body is in a state of stress or survival, it’s difficult to access clarity, intuition, or aligned action. Breathwork helps regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring us into a receptive, coherent state the ideal ground for planting intentions.

In this state:

  • The mind becomes clear and focused

  • The body feels safe enough to release old patterns

  • Intentions are felt, not just imagined

  • The subconscious becomes more accessible

This is why breathwork is such a powerful foundation for manifestation.

Why I Created The Manifest Experience (3/2)

The Manifest Experience on 3/2 is an intentionally curated, small-group breathwork journey designed to help you:

  • Reset your nervous system

  • Connect with your future vision self

  • Release subconscious blocks and limiting patterns

  • Anchor clear, embodied intentions

  • Feel grounded, open, and aligned moving forward

This is not about forcing outcomes or bypassing emotions. It’s about meeting yourself honestly, creating safety within the body, and allowing aligned intentions to emerge naturally.

Manifest includes:

  • A guided breathwork activation

  • Intention setting rooted in embodiment

  • Space for emotional and energetic release

  • An integration meditation to support grounding and clarity

Because this is a small group experience, places are limited to ensure everyone feels supported and seen.
