About the Experience

This is a gentle yet powerful transformational breathwork journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Unlike many breathwork experiences that focus primarily on release, Return to Yourself is centred around remembrance.

A remembering of your inner strength.

A remembering of your intuition.

A remembering of the parts of yourself that may have become quiet beneath the busyness of life.

Together we will explore a guided somatic breathwork journey that invites you to:
