Preparing for Our Manifest Transformational Breathwork Journey
This is a note for those already joining the Manifest Transformational Breathwork journey.
A gentle reminder that manifestation begins in the body — through breath, presence, and feeling rather than force.
If you’re reading this, it means you’ve already said yes. Yes to pausing. Yes to listening. Yes to meeting yourself in a different way.
This piece is not here to teach you something new. It’s here to gently orient you, so when we come together, your body already knows where we’re heading.
Intention Is Not Something You Think Into Being
We often talk about intention as a mental act: a thought, a goal, a statement we repeat. But the body experiences intention very differently.
When intention lives only in the mind, it can feel tight, effortful, or urgent. When it lives in the body, it feels steady, spacious, and alive.
Embodiment happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to allow intention to move through you, not as pressure, but as presence.
Why Safety Comes First
Most of us are moving through life with a nervous system that’s been doing its best to cope. Alert. Adapted. Often over-efforting without real rest.
When the system is in that state, the body prioritises protection not expansion. This is why intention can feel blocked, distant, or inconsistent.
Breathwork becomes a doorway. Not to force change, but to gently reset the system so deeper layers can be accessed.
When the breath slows, the body listens. When the body listens, intention can land.
What We’re Doing in This Journey
This Manifest Transformational Breathwork experience is not about catharsis or pushing beyond your limits. It’s about creating enough safety to explore activation without losing regulation.
You’ll be guided. You’ll be offered options. You’ll be reminded that your experience is your own.
Some bodies move into strong sensation. Others stay subtle and quiet. Both are valid. Both are working.
The practice meets you exactly where you are.
Embodiment Is a Felt Sense
You may notice warmth, expansion, emotion, or stillness. You may notice resistance. You may notice nothing at all and later realise something shifted quietly.
Embodiment isn’t about intensity. It’s about honesty.
It’s the moment where the body says, “Yes, this is true for me.”
Before We Meet
There’s nothing you need to prepare or perfect. Just arrive as you are.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a bottle of water. Allow yourself to be curious rather than expectant.
Trust that your breath already knows the way.
What to Expect
This Manifest Transformational Breathwork session is a guided journey that moves through different phases from grounding and gentle activation to deep relaxation and integration.
You’ll be guided using breath, visualisation, moments of stillness, and rest. Some parts may feel energising, others very subtle or deeply calming. Each experience is unique and personal.
You may notice:
Physical sensations (warmth, tingling, movement)
Emotional release or clarity
Visual imagery or connection to your future vision
A sense of expansion, calm, or deep presence
There is no need to push, perform, or “achieve” anything. The breath meets you where you are.
Throughout the session, you’ll be reminded that you can always slow down, return to nasal breathing, or rest. Choice and safety are part of the practice.
How to Prepare
To support your experience:
Wear comfortable, loose clothing
Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
Bring a water bottle
Optional: a journal for reflection afterward
Before arriving, take a moment to set a simple intention, not something to force, but something you’re open to feeling, releasing, or inviting in.
Come as you are. This is a supported space where your body leads and your breath does the work.
I’m looking forward to holding this space with you.
Thank you for choosing to step into this journey.
With presence,
Mariannela 🤍
