How Breathwork Found Me: A Journey into Nervous System Healing and Emotional Release

A journey from movement to revelation….

When I moved countries with my family, everything shifted.

New places. New rhythms. A quiet sense of starting again.

It was during that time that yoga came into my life. What began as movement slowly became something much deeper. The mat became a space of grounding, belonging, and discovery. Over time, it stopped being just a practice, it became a path.

Yoga gave me happiness.
Peace.
Gratitude.
A sense of direction.

It shaped who I am today.

Before anyone arrives, I arrive.
Setting the space. Setting the intention.
Creating a container where breath can move freely and safely

And yet… there was still something I was searching for. Something I couldn’t quite name.

I wanted to feel fully aligned with the life I was building, fully present, fully connected, fully alive.

And then breathwork came into my life.

Not because I was actively looking for it.
Almost as if it had been waiting for me.

At the beginning, I was incredulous.
How could something so simple, something we do every single moment create real change?

But what unfolded was undeniable.

Through conscious breathing, I began to release emotions I didn’t realise I was holding. I learned how to regulate my nervous system during stress instead of being controlled by it. I experienced how the breath could shift my internal state from overwhelmed to grounded, from anxious to calm, from disconnected to centred.

Breathwork wasn’t just another practice.
It was a revelation.

It became a way of living.
A way of returning to myself.
A way of choosing awareness again and again.

I discovered the power of breath — how we can:

  • Release stored tension and stuck energy

  • Regulate the nervous system naturally

  • Improve emotional resilience

  • Create clarity and inner balance

And something inside me clicked.

What began as curiosity became purpose.

Now I share this work from a place of love. There is nothing more beautiful than witnessing someone experience their own breath fully, watching them understand what it means, what it can unlock, what it can shift inside them.

Breathwork doesn’t give you something new.
It helps you remember what has always been within you.

And that is why I hold these spaces.

Join Me in March – A Guided Breathwork Experience

In March, I’ll be holding a deeply intentional Breathwork Experience.

This is more than a session, it is a guided journey.

We begin by grounding the body and creating safety in the nervous system. From there, you’ll be led through a conscious connected breath practice designed to gently move stagnant energy, release stored tension, and shift emotional patterns held in the body.

You may experience emotional release.
You may feel clarity.
You may simply feel calm and balanced.

Every experience is unique because every body carries its own story.
