Imagine a jar filled with water and sand. Shake it. The water becomes cloudy. You can't see clearly. If you continue shaking it, it stays cloudy. But when you put it down...The water begins to settle. Not because you forced it. But because you gave it space. Our emotions can be like this. We don't always need to fix them. Sometimes we simply need to stop shaking them.</image:caption>
